This Privacy Policy explains how AL-NAQLA handles information when you use our website and platform. AL-NAQLA is a transport and fleet management system.
1. Google Drive backups
Google Drive backup is completely optional. It works only after the user chooses to connect their Google account to the application.
The application requests the minimum Google Drive permission necessary:https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata
This permission allows the application only to create, read, and manage application backup files inside the application's private Google Drive space (appDataFolder). It does not give AL-NAQLA access to browse or read the user's ordinary Google Drive files.
2. Encryption and backup transfer
Backups are encrypted locally on the user's device before upload, using a recovery password chosen by the user.
The recovery password is never sent to AL-NAQLA, our servers, or Google.
Backup files do not pass through AL-NAQLA servers. They are transferred directly between the user's application and the user's Google Drive.
3. No sharing of data
We do not sell, rent, or share Google Drive data or backup data with any third party.
4. Disconnecting and deleting backups
Users can disconnect Google from the application settings or through Google Account Permissions. Users can also delete backups from the application or from Google Drive.
5. Information collected for service operation
We collect and use information needed to operate the service, such as account details, platform settings, and feature usage data. We also process contact and support information when a user contacts us or requests assistance.
